- Minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service for any reason.
- Any returned check will result in a $35 fee.
- Please be sure that any confidential documents and potentially illegal substances are put away before the cleaning team arrives.
- Firearms must be in a safe place.
- We love pets it is helpful if you provide us with their names.
- Any aggressive pets need to be secured during the time that we are in your home.
- If blood, bodily fluids and pets excrements are leave it we will clean around, safety is our priority.
- Hickory EcoCleaning reserves the right to repair or replacement before setting monetarily in case of damage to any item occurs during a cleaning.
